At Well Human we take a truly holistic approach to your wellbeing that focuses on the whole person because your physical, emotional and mental health all play an important role in your overall health and happiness.
We may start by looking at your “outer” health issues such as nutrition, weight, fitness and stress, but we also go deeper beyond the physical symptoms to examine a second “inner” layer including relationships, career, finances, mindset, emotions, and purpose.
Our Holistic Wellness Coach, Charlotte, uses the CORE Coaching Method(TM) which combines the art of coaching with proven, cutting-edge psychology techniques to address how the brain works in order to help you get to the root cause of your issues and make lasting changes to break through and reach your goals. This coaching method is a powerful process that is not just about changing habits for the short-term, but instead is about creating lasting transformations for life by getting to the root of your problems.
Our wellness coaching sessions take place in a consultation room at our Far Peak clinic and provide a friendly and comfortable environment where you will feel relaxed and supported throughout. Our coach will be there to inspire, motivate and hold you accountable when it comes to creating behaviour change and forming sustainable, life-long habits that will help you feel your very best self. Whether you need a one-off intensive session to get you in the right frame of mind and set you on your tracks, or a more intensive programme that will cover all aspects of your well-being and transform the way that you live and feel, we are here to help.
Whatever service you choose, you will start by completing a pre-coaching questionnaire and setting your goals. Each session will be tailored to you and your needs and you will end the session with a clear plan and actionable steps for you to take to help you achieve your goals. You will be provided with any additional resources to help you on your journey, including recommended reading, journal prompts, meditations and anything else we think will be helpful.

Our Wellness Coach
Charlotte Nichols
Charlotte is a Certified Wellness Coach with the International Alliance of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) which is accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and UK Health Coaches Association (UKHCA). She is also a certified Ten of Zen Mindfulness and Meditation teacher.
With a degree in Psychology and a background in teaching, she has always been passionate about working with people. Her mission is to guide you to rediscover your best self, both inside and out. Her coaching practice will motivate, support and inspire you to uncover what is holding you back, and help you to develop more confidence, a deeper sense of self-love, emotional resilience and greater balance in your life.
When she’s not coaching, you will usually find Charlotte on the Pilates mat, planning her next family adventure or exploring the Cotswold culinary scene.
